MASwings is a Malaysian regional airline based in Miri and a subsidiary of Malaysia Airlines ( MAS shortly ).
History
MASwings took over on 1 October 2007 the flight operation of the FlyAsianXpress.
Destinations
MASwings operates bases at the airports Miri, Kota Kinabalu and Kuching and flies under the Rual Air Service ( RAS short, dt about "rural air transport service " ) to remote, rural areas in Borneo. Be operated, for example, Kudat, Lahad Datu, Sandakan, Tawau, Ba ` Kelalan, Bario, Bintulu, Lawas, Limbang Pekan, Long Akah, Long Banga, Long Lellang, Long Seridan, Marudi, Mukah, Mulu, Sibu and Tanjung Manis.

Incidents
On October 10, 2013, de Havilland Dash 6-300 Twin Otter crashed with the registration 9M- MDM on the flight MH 3002 when landing from Kudat. In the accident two people died and four people were injured
