Matthias Brandle ( born December 7, 1989 in Hohenems ) is an Austrian professional road bicycle racer.

Sports career

He began his athletic career at the small Pro Cycle Team Bregenz. As a fourteen- year-old youth was state champion in the time trial. She gently encouraged by Christian Pauger, his first team boss, he went through all the Austrian national team. As a junior under national coach Jure Pavlic, he became the first Austrian to the Trofeo Karlberg and the same year the prestigious Upper Austria Tour.

2011 Matthias Brandle conquered the sprint jersey in the Tour de Romandie as well as the Circuit de Lorraine Lorraine.
