Matthias Langkamp

Matthias Lang Kamp (born 24 February 1984 in Speyer ) is a former German football player.

Career

He began his career as a professional football player in 2004 and played for Arminia Bielefeld East Westphalia 22 Bundesliga games. For the 2005/06 season the defender moved to VfL Wolfsburg. In the 2006/07 season he was loaned to Zurich Grasshoppers.

For the 2007/08 season long Kamp returned to Arminia Bielefeld, where he signed a one year contract. Through his long injury lay-off to CEO Detlev dam eggs and coach Michael Frontzeck decided however not to renew the expiring contract. Following its commitment to Arminia Bielefeld Lang Kamp closed for the season 2008/ 09 in the Greek Super League Panionios Athens participants.

After only one year Matthias Lang Kamp returns to Germany for Karlsruher SC, the club at which his four years younger brother Sebastian Lang Kamp played. He signed a contract until June 2011. This was not renewed afterwards. For the U- 21 team of the DFB he played twice.
