Maule is a commune with 5764 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the Yvelines department in the Île- de -France region; it belongs to the arrondissement Mantes- la -Jolie and Canton Aubergenville. The place liegtam Mauldre River, about 7 km south of its confluence with the Seine.
