Mauro Goicoechea
Mauro Goicoechea, full name Mauro Daniel Goicoechea Furia, ( born March 27, 1988 in Montevideo) is an Uruguayan football player. He stands in January 2014 Oţelul Galaţi in Romanian League 1 under contract.
Association
The club, according to his 1.86 meter tall goalkeeper Goicoechea debuted in the Clausura 2008 at Danubio in the Primera División. In that half of the season he played two Premier League football. After the following season, 2009, no further operations are recorded for him as well as in the Apertura, he contested from the Clausura 2010 to eingschließlich the Clausura 2012, a total 75 more league games in La Liga and also came three times in the Liguilla Pre Libertadores in 2009 and twice in the Copa Sudamericana in 2012 to train. He then joined the end of August 2012 the Italian first division club AS Roma on loan and had to face in the battle for a place in the gate there with competitor Maarten Stekelenburg. The AS Roma secured in this fixed at one year lending a purchase option. For the Italians, he debuted on 31 October 2012 in the 2:3 away defeat at FC Parma and starred in the 2012 /13 a total of 15 games in Serie A and the Coppa Italia with a game. For the season 2013/14 he returned to Danubio. For the Montevideaner he came to the end of the Apertura, however, to any further Erstligaeinsatz. On January 23, 2014 Goicoecheas Player's agent Alfredo Regueira then announced his move on loan to Ewald Lienen trained Romanian club Otelul Galati in Romania. There he completed so far (as of March 23, 2014 ) five league games.
National
Goicoechea belonged to the squad of the Uruguayan U-17 national team at the U- 17 World Cup in Peru in 2005. There he came in the match against the Australian selection to use. He also belonged to the squad of Uruguay in the U- 20 World Cup 2007. As part of the tournament, he played the three Erstrundenpartien against teams from Zambia, Jordan and Spain.
