Measha Brueggergosman

Measha Brueggergosman ( born June 28, 1977 in Fredericton ) is a Canadian soprano.

Life

Brueggergosman began studying at the University of Toronto and met the soprano Mary Morrison. By passing the bar exam, she traveled to Germany to work there, among other things with Edith Wiens, Margaret Baker - Genovesi, Christoph Eschenbach, Brigitte Fassbaender, Margo Garrett, Håkan Hagegård, Jessye Norman, Rudolf Piernay, Thomas Quasthoff and Jean -Yves Thibaudet.

Appearances

At the opening ceremonies of the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver Measha Brueggergosman sang the anthem.
