Medal game

A coin slide (English and Coin pusher or penny pusher ) is a special slot machine, are pushed into the coin on several levels. In Germany one meets these devices usually on a county fair.

History

The devices have been invented in the mid-1960s. A major manufacturer was Sega. The major manufacturers of small machines is the Dutch company Valco machines. Since 2006, there are also smaller versions as a toy.

Variants

Great machine with a throw- up

There are various designs. The big, broad machine usually has two superimposed levels at which already are coins. A glass panel can consider this. At the upper side is a, often two coin slots, in which a coin can be inserted. At the back of the device, this is deflected by pins. Then it falls first on the top layer, which moves forwards and backwards. Sometimes this level is divided in the middle, so that alternately one in front and the other at the rear. Small machine with drop- front
