Mehemed Malmîsanij

Malmîsanij real name is Mehmet Tayfun ( born 1952 in Diyarbakır ) is a Kurdish writer and author. He attended the University of Ankara and was arrested for political activities between the years 1975 and 1981, three times. In 1982 he went to Sweden. Abroad, he continued his studies at the Sorbonne and studied Iranian, Iranian languages ​​at Uppsala University and Folk Education at the University of Linköping. Besides, he graduated with a master's degree from Gothenburg University.

Malmîsanij mostly writes in Zazaki and the way in Turkish. After the writers Ehmedê Xasi and Usman Efendiyo Babiji, written in the late 19th and early 20th century, Malmîsanij is the first to re- created zazaische literature. In the 1970s, he was with some friends published the magazine Tirêj, which appeared to be half in Zazaki and half in Kurmanji. In 1987, he gave out the first dictionary for Zazaki.

Another merit was that he transcribed the works of Xasi and Babiji from the Arabic into Latin script. He also translated books into Persian and Turkish Zazaki. In addition, worked, and it acts in several magazines including:

Malmîsanij transcribed the diaries of Celadet Ali Bedirxan into Latin script and edit the book Na Xumxuma Koyo Berz. Some of his works were, French and Arabic translated into Swedish.
