Meleana Shim

Meleana Shim, called Mana, ( born September 25, 1991, Honolulu, Hawaii) is an American soccer player who is under contract with the Portland Thorns FC since the 2013 season.

Career

Early 2013 Shim was engaged as so-called Discovery player for the newly founded NWSL of Portland. Your league debut on May 4, 2013 against Washington and Spirit reached on June 16, 2013 against the Seattle Reign FC their first hit in the NWSL. For the following season, Portland's league rival Houston Dash Shim committed initially as part of the expansion drafts, but only a week later, the two franchises agreed to a change shims back to Portland.

National

Shim was appointed in March 2014 to the Six Nations Tournament in La Manga for the first time in the U.S. U -23 and played within the Tournament all three games, where she managed her first hit on March 5 against the selection of Norway.
