The Glühkohlen or Panda Barbe ( Haludaria fasciata (Lat.: fasciatus = striped) ( Syn: Puntius fasciatus, Puntius melanampyx ) ) is a freshwater fish of the carp family (Cyprinidae ). Its distribution area is located in southern India. It is the type species of the genus Haludaria.

Features

The Glühkohlenbarbe is 7.5 to 8 inches long. Your body is high backs, and species typical of Puntius species. The fish have two pairs of barbels. Their coloration is variable.
