T 2 denotes a series of Mercedes -Benz vans, which was built from 1967 to 1996, Daimler -Benz. The T 2 is also known as Düsseldorf vans ( in professional circles DüDo ) since it was built until 1991/92 at the factory Dusseldorf. The T 2 came in 1967 as the successor to the large-capacity van series L 319 on the market. The second generation of T 2 was launched in 1986 to market and was built until 1996. It was a completely new design; the hood had become a bit longer, the total angular design.
