Meritorious Service Medal (United States)

The Meritorious Service Medal is a high military award of the U.S. Armed Forces.

This award consists since January 16, 1969. It is now awarded by the U.S. armed forces but also to officers of allied armies in recognition of particularly good cooperation in multinational operations and rods under U.S. leadership.

In the Order of Precedence she is under the Defense Meritorious Service Medal and the Air Medal.
