Michael Anti (Journalist)

Jing Zhao (Michael Anti赵静Chinese, Pinyin Zhao Jing, born 1975 ) is a Chinese journalist and political blogger. His themes are freedom of the press and freedom of expression, particularly on the Internet.

Jing Zhao grew up in Nanjing. He chose the pseudonym Anti for himself because he was angry and wanted to express this. He was the rapporteur and columnist for various Auslandskorrespondensen American newspapers. His Facebook account has been locked because the real names policy of the network in 2011.
