Michael Bond

Michael Bond, OBE ( born January 13, 1926 in Newbury, Berkshire, England ) is an English children's book author. He also writes crime novels.

Life and work

Bond began to work as a writer after his military service. How many aspiring writers Bond initially began as a writer of short stories. He became aware of children's literature by accident.
