Michael Liekmeier

Michael Liekmeier ( born July 22, 1970 in Salzkotten ) is a retired German bobsledder, he was active as a member of the German national team from 1992 to 1998.

His greatest successes in the four-man Dirk Wiese were the silver medal at the 1997 World Series in St. Moritz, respectively the bronze medal at the European Championships in 1995 in La Plagne and 1997 in Koenigssee, as well as a total of six World Cup victories (twice Altenberg 1993, Calgary 1994 St. Moritz 1995, Innsbruck 1996, La Plagne 1996).
