Lunin grew after childhood in the province from 1793 in the immediate vicinity of his uncle Mikhail Nikititch Murawjow on, one of the most learned men of that time ( he was then tutor to the Grand Duke Alexander Pavlovich and Constantine Pavlovich, later Deputy Minister of Education ), who personally very concerned about the Mikhail tried Education Lunins ( choice of teachers, etc.).
