Michael Poliza

Poliza ( born January 1, 1958 in Hamburg ) is a German actor, entrepreneur, author and photographer.

Life

Poliza grew up as the child of a restaurateur family in Hamburg, which operated the Old Inn pub. Already in his early youth, his acting talent was discovered. He got a starring role in the TV movie Tadellöser and Wolff and thus became a child star in the German television. Throughout his youth Poliza starred in over 70 television and film productions before he went as an exchange student in the United States. There, the computer fan, computer science student befriended, among others, Bill Gates.

As a 23- year-old Poliza founded his first IT company and started as a pioneer in its industry in order to import IBM computer for the first time to Germany. At the age of only 26, he had already become a self-made millionaire and built several successful business groups in the U.S. and Germany. In the stock market crash in the late 1990s Poliza then lost a large part of its assets.

After a private crisis Poliza decided in 1997 to his IT company to sell and make photography his profession.
