Michala Banas
Michala Elizabeth Laurinda Banas ( born November 14, 1978 in Wellington, New Zealand ) is a New Zealand actress and singer.
Life and career
Michala Elizabeth Laurinda Banas was born in 1978 in Wellington, New Zealand. At age ten, she moved with her family to Australia, where she still lives today. Michala is the daughter of a successful producer and screenwriter John Banas.
She was already visible in many New Zealand and Australian TV series such as The Lost World and comes to murder. In 2002, she starred opposite Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. on in the movie Scooby -Doo. In 2003, she released the song Kissin ' The Wind. From 2004 to 2009 she was in the role of Kate regular on the Australian hit series McLeod's Daughters.
In an interview Michala said that her favorite role is from McLeod's Daughters Jodi Fountain (played by Rachael Carpani ) and they privately with that understand very well. Literally she said about Jodi: " She's fun and bubbly and brings light to the show. "
