Miguel Alberto Flangini Ximénez

Miguel Alberto Flangini Ximénez (* 1824, † 1900 in Montevideo) was an Uruguayan politician.

Life

Flangini Ximénez, who belonged to the Partido Colorado had, in the course of his political career, first on January 24, 1856 to March 3 of the same year, and a second time on 15 May 1866 to 15 February 1868, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uruguay held.

Later he sat during the 14th legislative period of 9 February 1882 to 29 January 1883 as a Senator for the Department of Durazno in the Cámara de Senadores. He was 1882 President of the Senate of Uruguay and, as such, between the tenures of Presidents Francisco Antonino Vidal and Máximo Santos in the period from 28 February 1882 to March 1, 1882 for short-term interim president of Uruguay in the year. Then he had ( February 9, 1885 - February 9, 1888) in the 15th legislative period from 15 February 1885 to the March 3, 1886, nor a mandate as a deputy for the department of Salto in the House of Representatives. There, too, he practiced in 1885 from the office of President of the Chamber.
