Migueli

Miguel Bernardo Bianquetti called Migueli ( born December 19, 1951 in Ceuta ) is a former Spanish footballer.

The defender is a former record holder for most duty games in the jersey of FC Barcelona with a total of 549 missions.

Playing career

Migueli began his career in 1970 at the Andalusian club FC Cadiz. In 1973 he moved to FC Barcelona. In Barcelona he experienced his most successful period. He won with Barca two Spanish championships, four times the Spanish Cup and the Spanish Super Cup once. In addition, he won with Barca three times the European Cup Winners' Cup. In his first final in 1979 against Fortuna Dusseldorf Migueli played with a broken collarbone the entire game. Migueli finished his career in 1989.

Internationally, he played 31 times for the Spanish selection, scoring once. He participated in the Soccer World Cup 1978 in part in Argentina, where the Spaniards were eliminated in the first group stage as a group of third parties. Later Migueli participated in the European Football Championship in 1980 partly in Italy, where the team again in the first round, but this time as a group Last, retired.
