Mihalgazi

Mihalgazi is a town and a district of the Turkish province of Eskişehir. The city is located about 30 kilometers north of the provincial capital of Eskişehir.

The district is located in the north of the province. It is bordered on the east by Sarıcakaya, to the south Tepebaşı and to the northwest by the province Bilecik. Through the town and the county's Söğüt passes a road in the province of Bilecik in the west with Nallıhan in Ankara connects the east. Flowing through the city from east to west of the Sakarya River. On either side rise the mountains, in the north part of the Köroğlu Dağları, south of the Sündiken Dağları with the Božanić Tepesi.

Until 1928 was the name of the place Gümele.
