Mijo Tunjić

Mijo Tunjic ( born February 24, 1988 in Gradačac, SFR Yugoslavia, now Bosnia and Herzegovina) is a Dutch footballer of Bosnian origin.

Career

In his youth Tunjic played for TSV Wäldenbronn and the Stuttgart Kickers. In the summer of 2007, he was transferred to the playing in the Oberliga Baden- Württemberg second team of the club.

From 2009 he was occasionally in the third division squad of Kickers. His professional debut was in February 2009 when he came off the bench at the Stuttgart 0-2 away defeat against Fortuna Dusseldorf in 77 minutes. Already in his second league game, he scored his first professional goal, which resulted in a 2-1 away win of the Kickers at Dynamo Dresden. Overall Tunjic came in his first pro season to six inserts with two goals, but increased with the Degerlochern as Table from the Regionalliga Süd.

In the 2009/10 season Tunjic was wearing the jersey of the Kickers with 19 goals scorer in the Regionalliga Süd and was then obliged by the third- division club SpVgg Unterhaching.

For the Munich suburbanite he scored in the 2010/11 season six goals in the 3rd league and was second best scorer of the club behind Abdenour Amachaibou. Here come the striker all the hits in the first round when he was a regular under coach Klaus Augenthaler. In the second half Tunjic often came only as a substitute for the course and denied an additional game for the second team SpVgg Bayern fünftklassigen in the league. In the following season Tunjic was involved with two penalty kicks turned decisively on the 3-2 win against first division side SpVgg SC Freiburg in the first round of the DFB Cup. He also scored in the first round at 18 inserts eight goals, which he was the top scorer of the SpVgg. After he had contributed a total of eleven gates to the relegation of Hachinger in the 2011/12 season, Tunjic moved in summer 2012 to league rivals Rot-Weiß Erfurt, where he is to succeed the migrated RWE striker Marcel Reich wine.
