Mike Burrows

Mike Burrows ( b. 1943 ) is a bicycle designer, best known for the design of the Lotus bicycle by Chris Boardman time with this 1994 won a gold medal at the Olympic Games.

Burrows worked a long time in the development of recumbents. Very aware of the Windcheetah developed by him (also known as "Speedy" ). Recent developments in-line recumbent bikes are the Ratcatcher, ratracer and ratracer B. In addition recumbents he devoted himself to the development of a folding bike ( Giant Halfway ) and a load wheel ( the 8 -freight ).

In the 1990s, Burrows worked for Giant where he developed the compact TCR Straßenradrahmen. Frequently -to-find elements of its wheels are Einarmgabeln and swing are partly feathered. Burrows now lives in Norwich, England.
