Mike Montgomery

Mike Montgomery ( born February 27, 1947 in Long Beach, California) is an American basketball coach. Since 2004 he has trained in the U.S. professional league NBA team the Golden State Warriors. Previously, he spent 18 years as a coach in the college league NCAA. At the University of Montana Montgomery began his coaching career in 1978. He worked there until 1986, when he took over as coach at Stanford University. By 2004, he coached the team from Stanford, he accepted the offer of the Warriors. His overall record as a college coach is 547-244.
