Millot Frères was a French company.

Company History

The company was founded in 1805 in Gray for the production of agricultural equipment. 1892 supplemented stationary engines the range. In 1900, the company employed about 1,000 people. Between 1900 and 1902 also automobiles emerged. After 1945 the business declined. The tractor and truck manufacturer Labourier took over the company. Millot initially remained as a small workshop within Labourier made ​​and employed in 1987 still 10 people. In 1990, the end for Millot.

The origin of the automobiles were wheeled saws. The first model had a two-cylinder engine, which was arranged horizontally, and chain drive the rear wheels.
