Miloš Glonek

Miloš Glonek ( born September 26, 1968 in Zlaté Moravce, Czechoslovakia, now Slovakia ) is a former Slovak football player.

Club career

The football games began Glonek with a club in his hometown, but at the age of sixteen he moved to Spartak Trnava. In 1986, he won the Czechoslovak Cup his first title. In the same year he moved to Slovan Bratislava and thus become one of the most important clubs in the country. Nevertheless, the team initially did not succeed in winning the title, but only the entry into the Cup final in 1989, which was lost. 1992, so the year before the dissolution of Czechoslovakia still succeeded but winning the league title. In the same year Glonek used the now open borders in Europe, and moved to Italy for AC Ancona, where he was placed as before in Bratislava, as a regular player. In 1993, he got down with the team from Serie A. The following year, however, the collection succeeded in the cup final, but where they lost 1:6 Sampdoria. In the same year Glonek joined the French club SM Caen, with whom he had in 1995 also descend from the first division. It tried and failed to resurgence, the 1997 re- direct descent followed. Glonek went in the same year returned to his homeland and signed for his former club Slovan Bratislava. In 1998 he returned to Caen, where he still played for three years in the second division. There, he finished his career in 2001, because he was the existing inter alia, Franck Dumas competition no longer saw grown.

National

Glonek began his career for the national team of Czechoslovakia, when he came into use at a 1:2 loss to Spain on 13 November 1991. His thirteenth and last game for the 1 January 1993, Czechoslovakia resolved politically, he played on 2 June 1993 in a 5-2 against Rumänien.Danach he completed between 1994 and 1996 a further twelve games for Slovakia. He succeeded for both selections no results.
