Milovan Mirošević

Milovan Petar Mirošević Albornoz - also Milovan Mirosevic - ( born June 20, 1980 in Santiago de Chile) is a Chilean football player.

The midfielder began his career in 1997 at CD Universidad Católica in Santiago de Chile, where he quickly became the star player. He went through on his way to the Chilean national football team, where he gave his debut in 2001, the U-17, U-20 and U -23 teams in his country. In 2000 he was selected in the election to Footballer of the Year in Chile for the " Team of the Year ". In the same year he was where Chile won the bronze medal in the Chilean squad for the Olympic Games in Sydney. However Mirosevic did not play during the tournament course. In 2002 he won the Apertura tournament Católica with the national championship.

After this success, the fast and powerful player shot his first foreign engagement occurred in the same year at the Racing Club in Buenos Aires.
