Minganie Regional County Municipality
Minganie is a regional county municipality (French municipalité régional du comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Quebec.
It is located in the administrative region Côte -Nord and consists of ten subordinate administrative units ( seven churches, a Canton community and two unincorporated areas). The MRC was established on 1 January 1982. The main town is Havre -Saint -Pierre. The population is 5197 and the area of 73725.10 km ², which corresponds to a population density of 0.07 inhabitants per km ². On 7 July 2010, the eastern half was separated, from which the MRC Le Golfe -du -Saint -Laurent was born.
