Miroslav Baranek

Miroslav Baranek (born 10 November 1973) in Havířov is a Czech football player.

Career

The midfielder started playing football at Horni Sucha and TJ Baník Havířov. After a few years in the Gambrinus Liga, most recently at Sigma Olomouc, he was engaged by Sparta Prague in 1997.

In 2000, Baranek to just re Ascended 1 FC Cologne. Among the coaches Ewald Lienen - and after his release Christoph John, although he made 37 games, but he was not able to play himself into the starting eleven. His plan to recommend for the big European clubs, was thus failed. In 2002 he returned to his home to Sparta Prague, with whom he has four times Czech champion.

In spring 2005, Baranek joined the FK Mladá Boleslav. From 2005 to 2008 he was active for the FK Jablonec. In July 2008, the midfielder joined the Austrian second division side FC Admira Wacker Mödling.

After a year in the southern Baranek moved to ASK Kottingbrunn in Lower Austria. In summer 2011, he left Kottingbrunn and moved to SC Laa / Thaya. There, however, she played only three months and joined in October 2011 the first SK Prostejov to. After he was again sorted out here in January 2012, he moved přebor in the Pražský, the fifth Czech league for SK Třeboradice.

Internationally

Between 1995 and 2002 he ran in 17 games for the Czech national football team, scoring 5 goals.
