Miss Sunshine is a song by German dance project RIO It is the second single release from the album Sunshine, published on May 13 and was released on 27 May 2011 as a single and as a digital download. It reached in German-speaking Europe, the charts and eventually was ranked 36 of the dance charts of the year. On the 2013 erschienenem RIO album Ready or Not appeared a new remix of Miss Sunshine. This was produced by the house DJ Jerome. The instrumental part is originally from the year 2001 and was produced by the Dance Nation.

Music Video

The official music video was uploaded on 11 May 2011 on the official YouTube channel of the label Zooland Records. Director of Musikvides Dirk Hilger. There are two versions of the video. One that begins with the refrain and a second at the beginning of the song starts with the first verse. Both versions take 3:20 to 3:30 minutes. The video starts with Tony T., the singer of the project going with two friends as a juror at a Miss Sunshine contest on the beach. A lot of young women walk up and down on a web. Shortly before the end all dance there and Tony T. presents a young woman with amorous glance an award for "Miss Sunshine 2011". It was after two years more than 14 million times clicked.

The chorus contains a sample of the song Sunshine of the Dance Duo Dance Nation. He was composed and written by Yanou, Manian, Andres Ballina and Rob Janssen, Brad Groble. The song was produced by Yanou and Manian and released on her own label Zooland Records, Kontor Records. Tony T. is the singer of the song and contains only instrumental synthesizer elements that come from Manian and Yanou.
