Mistorf
Mistorf is a municipality in the district of Rostock in Mecklenburg- Vorpommern ( Germany ). The community is managed by the Office Güstrow country located in the not office belonging Güstrow.
Geography
The municipality Mistorfs lies between the cities Güstrow and Schwaan, about 30 km south of Rostock. The area is hilly, the district of New Mill is located on the Mühlbach flowing to the fog in the south between the lowlands of the river Warnow and upper Recknitz.
To Mistorf include the districts Augustenruh, Goldewin, Käselow, New Mill and Siemitz.
History
1294 emerges originally Slavic populated place Mistorf the first time in a register. Worth seeing is the Gothic chapel built in 1342, the former water mill in the village of New Mill -. A small manor house - now used as a feed - trading operation.
