Mitsubishi Minica Toppo (1990-1996)

The Mitsubishi Toppo is a small recreational car, which established Mitsubishi Motors from 1990 to 2004. The car was derived from the Minica. Its name is a contraction of the English "top" (roof) and the Japanese " Noppo " ( skinny ).

The vehicles were equipped with a three -cylinder engine with 657 cc and 30-46 hp ( 22-34 kW) or a four-cylinder in-line engine with 659 cc and 50-55 hp ( 37-40 kW). There were four or five-speed manual gearbox and automatic transmission with three or four stages.

Originally called the car Mitsubishi Minica Toppo that were available in two generations. A retro version was introduced under the name Mitsubishi Minica Toppo Town Bee 1997.

1998, a new generation was introduced, the Mitsubishi Toppo BJ bore the name ("Big Joy "). A larger version of the Toppo BJ Wide was introduced in 1999. In 2004, production of the model was discontinued.

Since 2008, a specially equipped version of the Mitsubishi eK Toppo.
