Mlinci

Mlinci denotes a side dish that is above all in the area around Zagreb and Slavonia in common ( in Croatia) and Slovenia.

Combine flour and salt water a dough is prepared similarly to a dough which is divided into smaller " spots" and then baked by both sides on the stovetop or in the oven. The plates are then broken into pieces, scalded with boiling water and allowed to stand for.

Mlinci are traditionally served on holidays with meat dishes.
