Mobile Suit Gundam Wing

Gundam Wing (Japanese新 機動 戦記 ガンダムW (ウイング), Shin Kido Senki Gandamu Uingu ) is the title of a 1995 incurred Anime for Gundam franchise, for which there is also an eponymous manga and the OVA Endless Waltz.

In the manga and the anime is about five boys who were sent from the colonies to Earth there with their specially developed " Mobile Suits " (see also Mecha ) against OZ to fight and smash as OZ suppresses the colonies too long had. This operation should be called " Operation Meteor ".

Was developed initially only a Gundam, the Tallgeese. But that was not completed. The five scientists took the blueprints of the Tallgeese and fled to the colonies. So the five Gundams created.

Energy produced by Sunrise 49teilige television series aired on the Japanese broadcaster TV Asahi 7 April 1995 to 29 March 1996. In the U.S., the series began on 5 April 2000 on the Cartoon Network channel Toonami, on 2 December 2002 in Latin America and Brazil on the local channels Cartoon Network.

In Germany, Gundam Wing was one of the first anime series that started in 2002 on the newly launched private broadcaster Tele 5. 2003, the broadcast began on the evening of Friday 4 July 2003 in two consecutive episodes in sequence.
