Swing technique

Norman's swing technique is to be allocated in spite of all the peculiarities of the One -Plane theory in which the racket moves throughout the swing curve on a plane. Accordingly, were Norman's hands during setup higher than normal players and arms and bat made up from the outset a solid line. The 10 finger grip without overlap here was also a special feature. Norman surrounded the bat with all 10 fingers like in baseball. His grip with your left hand here was above average shot over the bat. Backswing and follow through were just like the shoulder rotation minimal. Instead came arms and wrists more into play.
