Molly is an American comedy film directed by John Duigan from the year 1999.
Action
The 28 -year-old Molly McKay is autistic. It is housed since their parents' death in a hospital 15 years ago, but which is closed. Molly is passed into the care of her brother Buck, who previously saw only occasionally. Buck loses his job, his relationship is also terminated.
Buck agrees to an experimental treatment that enhances the mental faculties of Molly. The effect of the treatment can be claimed later.

Kevin Thomas wrote in the Los Angeles Times of 22 October 1999, the film look like a TV movie. The screenwriter show but "sent" ( " deftly " ) the expansion of consciousness of Molly. The illustrations by Elisabeth Shue, Aaron Eckhart, Thomas Jane and Jill Hennessy would make a " solid impression ".
