Monika Oražem

Monika Oražem ( born May 9 1993 Ljubljana ) is a Slovenian professional triathlete, Sprint National Champion in 2009 and Sprint Duathlon National Champion 2010.

Career

Monika Oražem increased in 2004 with eleven years in triathlon and since 2007, she regularly takes part in ITU competitions.

Monika Oražem also takes part in the French Club Championship Series Lyonnaise des Eaux and goes for SAS ( Saint Avertin Sports) Tri 37 at the start. At the opening competition of the 2011 season in Nice (24 April 2011) was Oražem 10, in Paris (July 9, 2011) 24 - so it was best triathlete of their respective clubs. Accordingly, she was chosen as a solo final runner in experimental Relay Triathlon Club Championship Series in Tours (28 August 2011), but this time could not improve the club placement.

In Slovenia represents Oražem triathlon club Inles Riko Ribnica.

ITU competitions

In the four years from 2007 to 2010 Oražem took part in 20 ITU competitions and was able to achieve 17 top- ten finishes. 2011 represented Oražem their country already twice in the elite category: at the Sprint World Championships in Lausanne (individual and relay event ).
