Monster (company)

The Monster Cable Products, Inc., headquartered in Brisbane, California is an American manufacturer of audio equipment.

Prehistory

Monster was founded in 1979 in San Francisco by Noel Lee. The current location has moved to Brisbane, with additional locations in Ennis (Ireland ), London and Hong Kong. Initially, Monster concentrated on the production of audio and video cables.

The private company has employed more than 600 employees in 2012. Industry experts estimate the annual sales to approximately 500 million U.S. dollars.

Products

In addition to audio and video cables produces monster headphones, speakers, remote controls, power conditioner as well as mobile phones and car accessories. The products are sold under other under the name Monster Power, Monster Mobile, Monster Performance Car, Monster Game, Monster Photo, M • style.

In 2008, Monster came to the series with " Beats by Dr. Dre " headphones industry. The headphones have been created in partnership with the U.S. rapper Dr. Dre. 2012, the partnership between Monster Cable and Beats Electronics was terminated. Candlestick Park
