Monte Alegre de Goiás
Montealegre de Goiás is a Brazilian municipality in the state of Goiás in the mesoregion Northern Goiás and in the micro-region of Chapada dos Veadeiros. It lies north of the Brazilian capital Brasília and Goiânia northeast of the capital.
To Montealegre de Goiás consists of the villages: Araxá, Brejo, Porto Real.

Hydrographic location
