Monte Stivo

The Monte Stivo is a 2059 high mountain east of Arco and Riva del Garda in Lake Garda mountains in the north-east of Lake Garda in Italy.

Routes to the summit

Valley location is Chienis. A route starts at a parking lot above the Passo S. Barbara (1270 m). From there, a private road first runs in a northeasterly and northerly direction. It follows a farm track, the ( 1768 m) leads through a forest and across the alpine le prese through the southern flank of Mount Stivo first to Malga Stivo. From there, a mountain path goes switchbacks to the Rifugio Prospero Marchetti (2012 m) and then to the summit.
