The Montessori High School Potsdam is a combined primary and secondary school, which emerged from a former polytechnic high school. It follows the Montessori method and is located in Potsdam, close to Sanssouci Park.

Exchange programs

The Montessori High School Potsdam has two exchange programs: A French - German program and an English- German program.

The school has an exchange program with the Franciscan Montessori Earth School / Saint Francis Academy in Portland, Oregon, United States. The final exchange took place in October 2009. The German students went to Portland. And in April 2010, the American exchange students come to Potsdam.

The French - German exchange has been around longer than the aforementioned. The Germans go to a boarding school in France. They remain there for three months. To return visit to the French come to their partners and stay there for two weeks, where they attend classes of their partners.
