Montmain, Côte-d'Or
Montmain is a commune with 127 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Côte- d'Or in the Burgundy region. It belongs administratively to the arrondissement of Beaune and the Canton Seurre and is a member of the Association of Municipalities Rives de Saône. Mayor is (term expires 2014) since 2008 Nadège Juhel.
Geography
The municipality is situated approximately 35 kilometers south of Dijon and 30 kilometers north east of Chalon -sur -Saône. It is bordered on the northeast by Bagnot, on the southeast by Labergement- lès- Seurre, to the south Corberon, on the southwest by Villy- le -Moutier and to the northwest by Argilly.
