Motor Coach Industries International Inc. ( MCII ) is a Canadian bus manufacturer, headquartered in Schaumburg, Illinois, USA. The company was founded in 1933 in Winnipeg, the capital of the Canadian province of Manitoba, by Harry Zoltok. The company employs 2,300 people and operates manufacturing facilities in Winnipeg and Pembina in the U.S. state of North Dakota.
