Mount Virginia is a mountain at the northern end of a ridge in the Pioneer Heights, the West Antarctic Heritage Range. On this mountain the Splettstößer Glacier from the southwest and the Schmidt glaciers meet from the southeast.

Mount Virginia was mapped by the United States Geological Survey as part of the compilation of Ellsworthgebirges in the years 1961-1966 through site surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy. Was named the Summit of Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names after the geographer Virginia S. Taylor, who was from 1961 to 1965 a staff member of the committee.
