Municipality of Lane Cove

Lane Cove is located about 6 km north- west of the center of Sydney on the north side of the harbor. The area includes 18 districts: Blaxslands Corner, Greenwich, Greenwich Point, Linley Point, Longueville, Northwood, Osborne Park, Riverview, Tambourine Bay, West Lane Cove and parts of Artarmon, Chatswood West, Crows Nest, Gore Hill, Lane Cove, North Lane Cove, St Leonards and Wollstonecraft. The seat of the Municipality Councils located in Lane Cove neighborhood on the northern edge of the LGA.

Management

The Lane Cove Council has nine members, who are elected by the residents of three wards (three Councillor from Central, East and West Ward). These three districts are set independently of the districts. From the circle of Councillor also the Mayor ( Mayor ) of the Council recruited.
