Murray Salem

Murray Salem ( born January 12, 1950 in Cleveland, † January 6, 1998 in Los Angeles ) was an American actor and screenwriter.

Murray Salem appeared in only nine films. The two most famous were 1977 Jesus of Nazareth and 1978 Holocaust - The history of the White family. In the pilot episode of Magnum from 1980 he worked in too.

When the doctors diagnosed him with AIDS, Murray Salem in 1981 moved from acting back in 1990 and wrote his only screenplay: Kindergarten Cop with Arnold Schwarzenegger.

On January 6, 1998 Murray Salem died of AIDS.
