Museum of King Jan III's Palace at Wilanów

The Wilanów Palace Museum is a museum in the residence of King Jan III. Sobieski in Warsaw's Wilanów. Until 1995 it also represented a branch of the National Museum Warsaw, since it is an independent cultural institution.

The cornerstone of the collection is the collection of Stanislaus Kostka Potocki, which he bequeathed to the Polish people in 1805. To the palace is a park of 89 acres with a pond and historic buildings such as the kitchen, guardroom, stables, the gardener's house, the Roman bridge, among other things

The poster museum located on the park grounds opened in 1968 as a branch of the National Museum in Warsaw.

Since 2006, the Wilanów Palace Museum is a member of the International Association of royal residences (European Royal Residences ).
