Musik Josef

Music, Joseph is in his own words the only Japanese musical instruments manufacturer who has focused on oboe.

Music Josef was founded ( in Okinawa * 1954) in 1986 by the Japanese oboist Yukio Nakamura. After his musical studies in Germany he began to build oboes after his return to Japan. Meanwhile, he also manufactures oboe d' amore and English horns. His oboes are in high demand in the market and to find especially in German houses such as the Leipzig Gewandhaus Orchestra, the Comic Opera in Berlin and the Hamburg State Opera.
