The Mutsuki class (Japanese睦 月 型 駆 逐 舰, Mutsuki - gata kuchikukan ) was a class of destroyer of the Imperial Japanese Navy with a total of twelve ships. The ships were built in the period from 1924-1927 and formed in the Pacific War, the 5th and 6th Zerstörerschwadron.

All the ships were baptized in the traditional month of the lunisolar calendar or the August 1, 1928 by moon phases.
