Nadja Kamer

Nadja Kamer - Jnglin ( born July 23, 1986 in Schwyz as Nadja Kamer ) is a Swiss ski racer. She is a member of the national team since 2010 by Swiss-Ski, and is especially successful in the disciplines of downhill and Super -G.

Biography

Kamer denied their first FIS race in December 2001. From January 2003, it was used in the European Cup in 2004 and won her first race. At the Junior World Championship in 2004, she finished fourth in the downhill and super-G Fifth. On January 7, 2005, she drove in a World Cup race for the first time.

Due to a torn ACL or a broken collarbone had to end prematurely camera seasons 2004/ 05 and 2005/ 06. In the 2007 /08 European Cup season she achieved several podium finishes, including a second win. On January 20, 2008, she won her first World Cup points than the 25th of the Super -G in Cortina d' Ampezzo. On February 4, 2012, she drove to the exit from Garmisch -Partenkirchen to second place.

In the 2012/13 season Kamer scored a podium finish, but also had several failures recorded. At the World Championships 2013 in Schladming she went on the descent to fourth place and missed the bronze medal by only hundredths of a second. In the second last Super G of the season, on March 1, 2013 in Garmisch -Partenkirchen, she fell and pulled himself doing a bone injury in the left tibia head. They then decided to cancel the season prematurely.

In April 2013 Nadja Kamer married her longtime friend Werner Ingle.
